Soy protein texturate-concentrate «Protex-M» 60 and 70

Protex-M 60 and 70 is a concentrated soy texturate with protein content 60-70%. Protex-M 60 and 70  is a source of high-grade vegetable protein which supplement raw material in meat and fish products or fully replace them.

Advantages:

  • • high degree of protein purification;
  • • protein content is 60-70%;
  • • high nutritional value;
  • • the amino acid composition is similar to muscle protein;
  • • hydratation 1:4-4.5 (water temperature of +2 — 4 C);
  • • neutral taste and smell;
  • • fat-retaining ability — 200%;
  • • various granulometry: 1-3 mm (small «minced meat»), 3-5 mm (large «minced meat»), pieces 20-40 mm («stew»); special products: 1-3 mm (small ball), 10 × 10  cubes («goulash»), 10-20 mm flat pieces («steak») and many others.

Application:

  • • ideally combines with the structural and mechanical properties of raw materials of animal origin in the production of meat, fish and poultry;
  • • able to provide a full replacement of meat and fish raw material in vegetarian products.
