Starting from October 7, the annual exhibition of raw materials, technologies, and ingredients for the food industry Agroprodmash-2019 will open its doors — it’s the event of the year for the ingredient sphere. The exhibition gathers manufacturers from all parts of Russia, as well as the major players from abroad.
Partner-M has been participating in the expo for many years in a row, and each time we bring a lot of impressions and a huge pile of business cards from it.
This year, our booth is located in Pavilion 7 under number 74B10. Come visit us, we haven’t seen each other for so long.

USSEC visit

We’re starting the week with great news! Not so long ago, we had a guest visit at our plant from USSEC — US Soybean Export Council. Last week USSEC issued an article that tells about the visit and demonstration of Partner-M products to representatives of the association. We received many pleasant reviews about the quality of texturates that we produce for the food and feed industries! We are very grateful to our colleagues for such high appraisals of our work.

Business mission to Germany

Business mission to Germany

With the support of the Kaluga Region Business Development Agency, our export department team took part in the Russian-German business mission in Hamburg, Germany. Headed by Kaluga Region Governor Anatoly Artamonov, the goal of the business mission was the establishment of long-term contacts with representatives of German businesses.

Exporting companies of the Kaluga region visited the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended a conference organized by the German-Russian Economic Union Deutsch-Russischer Wirtschaft and personally met with German manufacturers of ingredients, minerals and vitamins, equipment for the food industry.

We have held a number of important negotiations with potential partners and hope that in the near future cooperation with companies from Germany will reach a completely new level.

We’ve obtained ISO 22000 certification

We’ve obtained ISO 22000 certification

We are happy to share the joyful and very important news: our company has passed the ISO 22000 certification!
The international standard ISO 22000 defines the requirements for a food safety management system, intending to certify food safety management systems of organizations that produce food ingredients.
The necessary requirements for the food industry enterprises, which are certified by ISO 22000 standard, are the following:
  • usage of only specialized machinery and equipment for the food ingredients production;
  • safety of operation in buildings and premises;
  • timely inspection of equipment and its maintenance;
  • timely and adequate supply of water, steam and air;
  • correct use of raw materials and other materials used in the production;
  • proper handling of convenience foods and finished foods;
  • taking measures to prevent contamination of surfaces and equipment;
  • pest control;
  • sanitary and hygiene measures;
  • hygiene and health of personnel working in the enterprise.
We are constantly improving our production processes and we are proud of our reputation as a manufacturer of high-quality and safe food products. Using the ISO 22000 certificate, we are happy to confirm that Partner-M guarantees a stable release of safe products that meet the requirements of the market in general and individual consumers in particular.

Our R&D department in the USA

Our R&D department in the USA

For the last two weeks of summer our team has been split: one part was busy preparing for the main ingredient exhibition of the year — Agroprodmash, while another went on a business trip to the USA!

For 14 days in America, our R&D department managed not only to negotiate with the largest equipment manufacturers — Insta-Pro International and Crown Iron Works, but also to become students of the largest university in the state of Texas — Texas A&M University.

Within the walls of aTm, 25th year in a row, Professor Riaz Mian teaches courses on fodder extruded products for aquaculture. Our team learned a lot of new information, exchanged experience with industry colleagues and also presented a report entitled «Use of protein concentrates in fodder products of aquacultures and biologically active substances».

Courses at the University of Texas provide students with both theoretical and practical knowledge. During the course, Insta-Pro International, Bühler, Anders Machinery, Wiberg and many other well-known companies have told about their equipment and technologies and demonstrated their work in practice.
